ODDA Cookies

“Love is like a cookie, it has no gender, no race, or religion," says ODDA founder and Editor-in-Chief David Martin. 

And who doesn’t love a cookie? 

In celebration of Pride month and to honor life, ODDA is launching #ODDAcookies. 
This is why the ODDA team decided to honor Pride month in the most joyful way possible, with a selection of rainbow-colored cookies. Happy-go-lucky confections that are a way to celebrate the sweetest aspects of life, of love, and of standing up for inclusivity and acceptance. 

ODDA turned to the artist Humberto Cruz to design the whimsical boxes that house the colorful treats. These boxes are a nod to our childhoods where we are naturally loved and accepted for who we are before the outside world of adults starts to weigh in. That magical moment in life when we are all free to be you and me. And as much as they are a reflection of those more innocent days they are also hopefully a gastronomic gesture towards a future filled with people willing to be open to educate themselves and to understand that we are all equals when it comes to love, sexual orientation and race. 

There are two types of cookies tucked away in the ODDA boxes:
-Individual chocolate chip cookies in a rainbow selection of colors, that when stacked together create the pride flag.
-Butter cookies that feature the iconic pride flag. 

A portion of the proceeds of the sale of these limited edition ODDA cookie boxes will be donated to the organization True Colors United whose mission is to apply innovative solutions to youth homelessness that focuses on the unique needs of LGBTQIA+ young people.
